Senior Executive – IE (Woven) will be responsible for Industrial Engineering activities in the woven garment production process, including production planning, line balancing, capacity analysis, SMV calculation, productivity improvement, work-study, and efficiency monitoring. The role will work closely with production and other relevant teams to optimize manpower and machine utilization, reduce production losses, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Plan and optimize Man, Machine & Material (3M) utilization to improve productivity.
2. Conduct work study, time study, and statistical analysis to establish production standards.
3. Prepare and maintain Operation Breakdowns (OB) for production processes.
4. Calculate SMV (Standard Minute Value) and establish production targets.
5. Conduct line balancing and motion study based on capacity, manpower, and WIP.
6. Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks to improve line efficiency.
7. Analyze production processes and implement best practices and method improvements.
8. Conduct operator skill assessments and support skill-based manpower allocation.
9. Set and monitor daily and weekly production targets.
10. Analyze capacity, efficiency, productivity, and manpower utilization.
11. Implement IE systems and improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase factory efficiency.
12. Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, and other departments for smooth production.
13. Prepare and maintain IE-related reports, analysis, and performance records.
14. Support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and waste reduction initiatives.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc/MSc in Industrial Eng & Production
