A well-reputed group of companies in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, cost control, and statutory compliance. The role will oversee finance operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, support strategic decision-making, and provide management with actionable financial insights to drive profitability and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company-wide financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis to support informed management decisions.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, cash flow, and working capital management.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and management information for senior management and the Board.
• Strengthen and maintain effective internal controls, financial governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, credit facilities, and capital structuring to optimize the company’s financial resources.
• Supervise statutory, internal, and external audits, ensuring timely completion and full regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with SECP, auditors, banks, investors, financial institutions, and other regulatory stakeholders as required.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business growth, investment, expansion, and profitability decisions.
• Monitor financial performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate corrective and improvement measures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team, fostering high performance, accountability, and continuous professional development.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and financial efficiency across the organization.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: MBA/ Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or Related Field
