Zaber & Zubair Fabrics Limited, a sister concern of Zaber & Zubair Group, is seeking a competent Sr. Executive – HR, Admin & Compliance to manage human resources operations, administrative functions, and compliance activities, ensuring effective workforce management, regulatory adherence, and a safe, ethical, and compliant workplace aligned with company policies and buyer standards.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations including recruitment, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Implement and monitor compliance with labor laws, buyer codes of conduct, and company policies
- Handle administrative functions such as office management, facilities, transport, and security
- Coordinate compliance audits, inspections, and corrective action plans (CAP)
- Maintain statutory documents, licenses, and compliance reports
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes
- Arrange training and awareness programs on HR policies, safety, and compliance
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and welfare standards are properly maintained
- Liaise with government bodies, buyers, and external auditors when required
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
