Job Description:

A prominent global retail brand recognized as one of the fastest-growing retail chains worldwide, is expanding its operations across Bangladesh. We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our team as Manager/Sr. Manager – HR & Administration.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise recruitment activities, including job specifications, sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
  2. Advise and support departments throughout the full recruitment and selection cycle.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline using headhunting, online platforms, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  4. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and personnel file documentation in coordination with L&D and line managers.
  5. Act as a strategic HR partner to support organizational change management and business optimization initiatives.
  6. Implement and monitor HR process, policy, system, and culture improvement projects with measurable impact.
  7. Oversee HR operations ensuring compliance with company policies and Bangladesh Labor Law.
  8. Prepare, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and periodic HR reports and analytics for management.
  9. Manage core HR functions including attendance, leave, employee movement, well-being, safety, counselling, and exit management.
  10. Conduct store, warehouse, and distribution center visits to identify and resolve HR issues.
  11. Lead employee engagement initiatives, job satisfaction surveys, salary surveys, and retention improvement plans.
  12. Promote diversity & inclusion initiatives and strengthen internal communication and employer branding.
  13. Supervise annual increment, promotion, payroll coordination, HRMS updates, and employee development activities.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Concentration/Major: Bachelors /Masters/ BBA/ MBA in HRM
