Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
- Maintain employee records; handle confirmation, transfer, resignation, and exit formalities.
- Operate payroll software (Kormee) for accurate salary processing, OT, bonuses, leave encashments, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and customer Codes of Conduct (CoCs).
- Handle audits (customer, technical, environmental, security, certifications).
- Coordinate office administration, events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.
- Lead and supervise HR/Admin team members.
- Prepare timely reports for senior management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: HR, Management, or related discipline
