Unico Hospitals PLC is seeking a Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor – Housekeeping to oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, supervise housekeeping staff, ensure compliance with hospital protocols, and support a safe, organized, and patient-friendly environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain quality.
• Manage duty rosters, attendance, and cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate with departments to support hospital operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
• Candidates having experience in an internationally accredited hospital (JCI/NABH/ACHSI, CAP, etc.) are highly encouraged to apply.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Minimum graduation in any discipline. Candidate Having a Diploma/ Certificate Course Completed in Hospitality Management is preferable.
