The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within an assigned territory. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with distributors and key customers, executing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The position also involves market analysis, competitor tracking, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure effective product availability, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory to achieve revenue and volume targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration
- Execute sales plans, promotions, and trade marketing activities effectively
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising in the territory
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support business objectives
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelors/ Masters in Any Discipline
