The Trainee Officer (Technical Support – Marketing & Sales) at Crown Cement PLC supports both the technical and commercial functions of the organization. This entry-level role is designed to develop practical knowledge of cement products, customer requirements, and market dynamics while assisting the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To build and maintain close relationship with product influencers.
2. To arrange technical seminars/workshops/meets for engineers, architects, contractors and other influencers.
3. Visit different govt. Office and other offices for orientation of Crown Cement.
4. Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
5. To assist the Sales team regarding technical aspect.
6. Overseeing quality control and safety matters concern project sites.
7. To carry out all other relevant and rational assignment at times by the supervisor.
8. Work sincerely to achieve monthly site convert and consumption targets.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil Eng.
