A reputed Sweater Factory in the RMG sector is looking for a qualified candidate for the following position Location at Nawzor, Gazipur.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper implementation of welfare schemes and statutory provisions under labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, Labor Welfare Rules).

• Address employee grievances and provide counseling on personal or work-related issues.

• Promote a healthy work-life balance and mental well-being programs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws related to welfare, health, safety, and hygiene.

• Maintain required records and prepare reports for government labor authorities.

• Assist during inspections by labor officers or factory inspectors.

• Monitor workplace conditions and hygiene (e.g., drinking water, canteen, sanitation, restrooms).

• Promote occupational health and safety measures.

• Conduct awareness sessions on safety and preventive health care.

• Organize employee orientation, safety training, and skill development programs.

• Collaborate with HR for soft skill and behavioral training initiatives.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Concentration/Major: Any discipline
