We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Welfare Officer to join ALPS Group at our Kathgora, Ashulia, Dhaka location. The role is responsible for ensuring employee welfare, maintaining healthy industrial relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting a safe and positive working environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure implementation of labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
2. Handle employee welfare activities and maintain positive industrial relations.
3. Act as a liaison between management and workers to address grievances effectively.
4. Oversee compliance with buyer code of conduct and social compliance requirements.
5. Monitor working conditions, health, safety, and hygiene standards in the factory.
6. Support disciplinary procedures, counseling, and conflict resolution.
7. Maintain welfare-related records, reports, and documentation.
8. Assist in organizing training, awareness programs, and worker engagement activities.
9. Coordinate with HR and compliance teams on audits and inspections.
10. Ensure timely communication and implementation of management instructions.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
