Euro Denim & Fashion Ltd., a concern of Eurotex Group, is looking for a Welfare Officer to ensure worker wellbeing, handle grievance management, and promote a safe, compliant, and worker-friendly environment in line with labor laws and buyer standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure worker welfare and maintain a safe workplace.
• Address employee grievances and coordinate solutions.
• Assist in compliance audits and legal documentation.
• Conduct awareness sessions on rights and safety.
• Liaise with HR and production teams on welfare issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with workers.
• Empathetic, approachable, and able to handle sensitive worker issues.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
