The role focuses on addressing workers' concerns, promoting a safe and healthy work environment, coordinating welfare programs, handling grievance procedures, and assisting in employee engagement activities. The officer works closely with HR, compliance, and production teams to improve workplace conditions, support female workers, and contribute to a productive and harmonious factory environment.
