Job Description:

Edison Real Estate Limited. is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and target-oriented Assistant/Deputy Manager – Human Resources to lead and support key HR functions. The role involves talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, compliance with labor laws, training and development, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end Performance Management process, including KPI setting, appraisals, confirmations, promotions, and performance documentation.
  • Support HR Business Partners in executing HR initiatives, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness projects.
  • Prepare HR dashboards, performance analytics, and management reports to drive data-based decisions.
  • Maintain employee performance and talent records, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Assist in talent reviews, succession planning, and Individual Development Plan (IDP) tracking.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to ensure smooth execution of performance and talent management processes.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management Or Related Field

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
