Assistant Manager (HR & Compliance) supports recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit standards. Coordinates training, documentation, and workplace safety practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Social Compliance and Sustainability functions, along with HR software operations for the factories.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, amendments, buyer Code of Conduct, and international standards.
- Independently handle and coordinate social compliance audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SLCP, ISO 45001, etc.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAP) and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain and manage all legal licenses, certificates, verifications, and test reports for audit purposes.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, final settlements, resignation, and termination procedures.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/Master’s /BBA/MBA
