We are seeking an Executive / Jr. Executive – HR to support day-to-day human resources operations across the organization. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, HR compliance, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of supporting HR processes while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees
- Assist in attendance, leave, and shift records management
- Help with payroll data preparation and coordination with accounts/payroll team
- Support compliance-related documentation as per labor laws and company policies
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Support performance appraisal and training documentation
- Maintain HR reports and MIS as required by management
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR information
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor or Masters in any discipline
