A well-reputed washing factory is looking for a dedicated Officer, HR to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee records management, attendance & leave administration, and compliance with labor laws while ensuring smooth workforce coordination.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave management.
- Assist with employee benefits, overtime, and final settlements.
- Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Assist with discipline and documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documents.
- Manage HRIS, employee personal files, and HR records.
- Generate periodic HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment status etc.)
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any discipline
