Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of garments production.
- Provide practical, hands-on guidance in sewing, stitching, and machine operations.
- Address technical issues promptly to ensure smooth production flow.
- Support operators with folders, attachments, and machine settings for improved efficiency.
- Ensure proper installation, adjustment, and maintenance of specialized machines.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and IE teams to enhance workflow and output.
- Train and upskill technical staff and sewing operators when required.
- Ensure compliance with production standards and technical specifications.
- Work on process development & skill development.
