Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Greet patients, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding services and procedures.
- Register patients by collecting and verifying the required personal and medical information.
- Confirm doctor appointments and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellations.
- Guide patients through the consultation process and direct them to the appropriate doctor or department.
- Assist patients with diagnostic test coordination, billing inquiries, and payment-related procedures.
- Receive payments, issue receipts, and prepare daily cash collections for handover.
- Submit collected cash and supporting documents to the Senior Executive Cashier according to established procedures.
- Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation, prepare reports, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Comply with organizational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and customer service protocols while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: HSC/Graduate/Masters in any discipline
