We are looking for a smart, energetic, and professionally presentable individual to support the Leadership Office through effective management coordination, executive communication, and administrative operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and official activities of the Leadership Team.
- Act as a liaison between management and internal departments.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and office operations.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and management records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and corporate events for leadership.
- Follow up on management decisions and action plans.
- Support leadership in administrative and operational coordination.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
