Brothers Furniture Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Executive/Executive (Vehicle Maintenance) to oversee the maintenance and repair of the company's vehicle fleet, ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness, coordinate with service providers, monitor maintenance schedules and costs, and support smooth transportation operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop vehicle systems, components, and assemblies.
- Conduct testing, analysis, and validation of vehicle performance, safety, and durability.
- Diagnose and resolve technical and mechanical issues.
- Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and documentation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and maintenance teams to improve vehicle performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
- Analyze test data and recommend design improvements.
- Support prototype development and oversee vehicle testing.
- Monitor production processes to ensure engineering standards are met.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate new technologies, materials, and automotive innovations.
- Provide technical support to service teams and other departments.
- Manage engineering projects, timelines, and budgets when assigned.
- Maintain accurate engineering records and reports.
- Continuously improve vehicle efficiency, reliability, fuel economy, and overall performance.
