A well-reputed group of companies is looking for a competent Sr. Officer / Asst. Manager – HR Admin to manage HR operations, administration, and compliance activities. The position is based in Uttara, Dhaka.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules effectively.
- Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, and manpower planning.
- Supervise attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS/MIS reports.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Lead employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
- Manage office administration, vendors, and support services.
- Support audits, inspections, and management reporting.
- Liaise with management to support organizational HR strategies.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
